TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MÜLLER x MyProtein GAME PROMOTION (“Promotion”)

THE BITS YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Instant-win Prizes:

• 1 x £1,000 and 1 x £100 Tesco gift cards (“Gift Cards”).
• 50,000 x Free Müller X MyProtein Mixer singles digital Coupons (redeemable in-store and online at Tesco, including Tesco Express) (“Coupons”).
• 500 x MyProtein branded merchandise (including but not limited to shakers and T-shirts) (“Branded Merchandise”).

Promotional Period: the period from 3rd June 2026 at 00:00 until 23rd June 2026 at 23:59 inclusive (“Closing Date”).

Number of Entries: Maximum of one Instant Win Prize per person, per day.

How to Enter: During the Promotional Period, entrants must visit mullermixers.co.uk or scan a QR code in-store at Tesco to play the Müller x MyProtein “Perfect Match” Game (“the Game”) and follow the on-screen instructions. Entrants are presented with eight face-down Müller and MyProtein branded tiles. Entrants are invited to tap two tiles, the selected tiles flip over revealing the icons underneath, the icons are images of the instant-win prizes available to be won. If the two tiles match, the player instantly wins the prize shown. If they do not match, the player can return the following day to try again tomorrow. All Instant Win outcomes are randomly allocated via a secure algorithm. Entrants must provide their name and email address to receive their prize.

Geographical Restrictions: Open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only.

THE PROMOTER:

1. The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP (t/a Müller Yogurts & Desserts), a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ (the “Promoter”).
2. This promotion is run in conjunction with Savi (UK) Limited (company number 05672386) whose registered office is at Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northants NN17 5JG.

WHO CAN ENTER:

3. This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only, aged 18 years or over.
4. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees’ immediate families or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

5. This is an online promotion and internet access is required. No purchase necessary. Online entries only.
6. To enter, entrants must go to mullermixers.co.uk or scan a QR code in-store at Tesco to play the Müller x MyProtein “Perfect Match” Game (“the Game”) during the Promotional Period and follow the on-screen Game instructions.
7. Entrants are presented with eight face-down Müller and MyProtein branded tiles. Entrants are invited to tap two tiles, the selected tiles flip over revealing the icons underneath, the icons are images of the instant-win prizes available to be won. If the two tiles match, the player instantly wins the prize shown. If they do not match, the player can return the following day to try again tomorrow. All prize winners will be determined at random, within the Game. All entrants who match two tiles will win a prize. Subject to availability.
8. Entrants must provide their name and email address to receive their prize. Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide any false information when registering for use of the Game/Promotion. The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time, for any reason.
9. The Game will only be accessible during the Promotional Period. Any attempts to enter or play the Game outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid and any prize wins during this time will be deemed void.
10. There is no purchase necessary.
11. By playing the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.

THE PRIZES:

12. There are 50,502 Instant-win Prizes available (see list of Instant-win Prizes).
13. Maximum of one Instant Win Prize per person.
14. Instant-win Prizes (Free Product Vouchers) will be subject to the following terms below:
    1. Once activated, the vouchers can be redeemed in-store or online only at Tesco including Tesco Express.
    2. Vouchers cannot be used for purchases from Tesco Petrol Stations, or for the purchase of any other gift cards.
    3. Only one voucher can be used per order.
    4. Vouchers must be activated within 7 days of receipt.
    5. Vouchers must be redeemed within 60 minutes of activation and must be used against Müller x MyProtein Mixers singles. In the event that the Müller x MyProtein Mixers singles are sold out, winners will be able to redeem the Coupon against any Müller x MyProtein Crunch only. Coupons cannot be used against any other Müller x MyProtein products.
    6. Vouchers are issued and valued in GBP (£).
    7. The risk of loss and title for the voucher shall pass to the recipient upon electronic transmission to the winner(s). The Promotor nor Savi UK shall be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed or unauthorised use of any Coupons.

15. Instant-win Prizes (Tesco £100 and £1000 Gift Cards) will be subject to the following terms below:
    1. All Gift Cards will be issued by EMC3 Ltd.
    2. Once activated, the Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store only at Tesco, including Tesco Express.
    3. Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases from Tesco Petrol Stations, online or for the purchase of any other gift cards.
    4. Any balance on the Gift Card will expire five years from purchase or the last use of the Gift Card.
    5. Gift Cards are issued and valued in GBP (£).
    6. Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Cards will not be accepted.
    7. The risk of loss and title for the Gift Cards pass to the recipient upon electronic transmission to the winner(s). The Promotor shall not be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorised use of any Gift Cards.

    9. The Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the entrant in the Game. Winners will have to verify their email by responding to the claim email sent by EMC3 within 10 (ten) working days. For the £1000 Gift Card an online meeting is also required between the winner and EMC3 to confirm their identity (e.g. driving licence/passport). This will be arranged between EMC3 and the winner via the verified winner’s email address and will take place within 5 (five) working days of the winner’s response to the claim email.
    10. Following successful validation and verification of a winner’s email (and identity for the £1000 Gift Card) the Gift Cards will be delivered within 5 (five) working days. In the unlikely event that a Gift Card doesn’t arrive within 5 (5) working days, the winner will have a further 10 (ten) working days to inform EMC3 by emailing support@emc3.co.uk. If the winner does not do so, the Promotor reserves the right to not issue the Gift Card to the winner or to limit the prize at its sole discretion. All Gift Cards not verified by a winner within 10 (ten) working days of a winning claim will be redistributed at random. The Promotor does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their Gift Cards and reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random. The winners confirm that their details and email address are their own personal details, that they are correct and are able to access and use the Gift Cards within the relevant validity period.
16. Instant-win Prizes (Merchandise) will be delivered by EMC3 Ltd’s shipping partner Synergy Print Management Ltd (on behalf of Savi UK) to the address provided by the entrant in the Game. Prizes will be shipped within 28 (twenty-eight) working days of receiving the win notification in the Game. Each winner will receive x 1 item of merchandise only, which will be selected at random by the Promotor. The type, design, and colour of the merchandise may vary and are subject to availability. The winners confirm that their details and email address are their own personal details.
17. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
18. Whilst the Promotor will make every effort to honour the advertised prizes (in whole or in part), the Promotor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value (in whole or in part).
19. The Promotor will not be liable for non-delivery of the prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Where the contact details are invalid, the Promotor reserves the right to randomly re-allocate the prize without liability to the original winner.

DATA PROTECTION:

20. Savi UK’s partner EMC3 Reality Ltd (“EMC3”) will collect and process entrant’s personal data in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of delivery of prizes and/or as otherwise required by law. EMC3 will process personal data strictly in accordance with all applicable data protection laws during the performance of its services in relation to this Promotion. Data is only collected from the winners for the purposes of delivering the prizes and all personal data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period. 21. In accordance with the current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. If you wish to object, or if you have any questions or comments regarding data and privacy, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.
22. If you are a winner of the £1000 Gift Card, we may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this Promotion. If you wish to object, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.

LIABILITY:

23. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prize(s).
24. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance or use of the prize(s). Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable. The Promoter’s responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant under these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the entrant.
25. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner’s acceptance of the prize.
26. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of prizes.
27. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.

THE FINAL BITS:

28. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. Entrants may only enter the Promotion for personal non-commercial use.
30. If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.
31. The Promoter does not guarantee that the Game will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connection or difficulties of any kind in the operation of the Game howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.
32. The Game may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either express or implied, concerning the content of such websites including claims of infringement or that such websites are devoid of viruses or error free.
33. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the Promotion.
34. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
35. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, without the prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.
37. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
